RULES OF THE HOUSE

1. The weekly lease starts on Saturday afternoon, after 3 p.m. and ends the following Saturday by 9:30 a.m.
2. Heating expenses, use of electricity, television and cleaning services are included in the rates. Laundry service is available on request.
3. A 30% deposit is necessary when booking and settlement on arrival. A security deposit may be asked for on arrival which will be given back on departure. In case the client cancels his booking, the deposit will not be given back.
4. Small animals are welcome. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
5. Ski equipment must not be taken into the apartments. There is a room specifically used for the storage of ski equipment.
6. It is forbidden to host more persons than beds available in the rooms. All guests must be registered.
7. Making noise or disturbing other clients is forbidden.
8. Depositing bottles or other objects on window sills is forbidden.
9. Clients are asked to look after their flats and furnishings as much as possible and will be claimed for any damages they may cause and/or anything that might go missing.
10. Clients are asked to keep their flats, bathrooms and tableware clean, according to good manners.
11. The management reserves the right break off a lease of default clients who do not respect the rules of the house without owing them anything .

12. The days of delayed arrival or early vacation of the room are in anu case counted.
